Ron Barnes, Senior Pastor
Ron is our fun-loving Senior Pastor who came to Grand River Community Church
in January of 1998, when the church was only a few months old.
Ron has over 25 years of Pastoral experience. He holds the Bachelor
of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and the Master
of Divinity from Central Baptist Seminary (now Heritage
Theological Seminary). He is married to his wonderful wife
Susan and they have a beautiful daughter Laura who is at University and a second
daugher who passed from this life into the presence of Jesus in May 2009. Ron
loves expositional preaching and the Biblical study that goes with it, sports,
music, time with family and friends and sharing the good news of Jesus with
anyone that will listen.
